Historically The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has held a general conference "annually" in April and "semi-annually" in October.  Many conference talks were reported in The Journal of Discourses and other Church periodicals.  This is an attempt to put all Conference Reports (not under copyright) in chronological sequence together in one place.  In early Church periods many of the "Conference Reports" were only summaries of many of the discourses given.
